  • Where will my property be advertised?
    Your property will be marketed on all major property portals, ranging from Airbnb and Expedia to Rightmove and Zoopla, naturally your property will be sporting beautiful photography provided by our in house photographer.
  • Who conducts the viewings?
    All viewings are conducted by our experienced agents.
  • How are my short stays managed?
    Your short stays are managed from end to end by our team. Including key handover, mid stay guest management, move out clean and linen change.
  • Whats the difference between a Short Term Tenancy and Long Term Tenancy?
    A Short Term Tenancy is a tenancy that is less than 6 months, so it not a standard AST, due to the shorter length of tenancy, the rental premium is circa 50% higher than that of a Long Let. An example of a Short Term Tenancy tenant would be a corporate tenant who needs accommodation in London for a few months, not long enough to commit to a 12 month AST.
  • What do I need to get started?
    Your property will need to be furnished and have basic essentials including cutlery, wifi etc. Get in touch for our full list of recommended items.
  • Can I really make more through Teddy than a standard long let?
    Yes! We coordinate a mixture of Short Lets and Short Stays with the aim of maximising rental income. Get in touch for more information.
  • What about void periods?
    Void periods are eliminated due to our price fluctuation software, we are able to scan the market daily and ensure that we are always best priced on Short Stay Platforms. We have the ability to enable the same strategy for Short Term Rentals too - get in touch to find out more.
  • How long is Teddy's contract?
    Our contract is rolling, you can cancel anytime without any penalties.
  • How do I get paid?
    You will be paid on the 1st of every month, you will also receive a statement and breakdown of all stays that have occurred during the period.
